There's no acceptable scenario where it's justified to shoot an unarmed suspect fleeing the scene of a non-violent crime 60 fucking times. I can't think of any scenario outside of active combat where that many rounds should be fired. If 60 of the rounds hit, how much collateral damage was there?
They tried to say he was shooting at them from his vehicle, but there was no evidence to back that up. There was footage, however, of the police murdering the dude. At least the officers involved were immediately suspended but without bodycam footage the official story would be that he left them no choice.

Standard issue carry is a glock 22 which has a 15 round clip, 90 shots were fired, so that's at least 6 officers all unloading into the guy
