That literally just happened to me. And my landlords way of fixing it was blowing fans everywhere... Like mold doesn't exist.

This happened to my friend last summer, he had to live in a hotel until it for fixed.

Put the wifey up in a hotel for a couple nights while I help try to clean everything. She can't be around mold because of her asthma.

Water was spraying out the side of it. The tank burst in the middle for some reason. Pools of water.

So far the only thing ruined is carpet. Landlord tried to rent a shampooer, but I insisted on having pro cleaners come in.

Strike that... just foybd out got onyo some closets... some photo frames and albums got hit with spray. Also RIP vaccum cleaner. Sad panda.
