Trump and RFK have set the goal that every American wears an 'Oura Ring' within four years. Several public figures already wear it as a symbol of status and health awareness. Yeah, right...Thanks, but no thanks, yes?

I’ve been using Oura for years(think I began with Gen 2) and I find its data very useful in tracking trends in my health, mostly HR and HRV during exercise.
But it’s not for everyone, especially since they started charging a crazy subscription amount. I was lucky enough to purchase a lifetime subscription but I’m pretty sure I wouldn’t pay their monthly one if I had to
