It starts on nor cal then not sf but Humboldt trinity county then sold to valley then resold to LA

I got a peek at the tunnel under the city of Perris that feeds water into Lk. Mathews. Weird, Lk. Perris gets its water from elsewhere

Yep. Lake Perris gets its water from the California Water Project, IIRC. It's the end point reservoir for runoff from the Sierra Nevadas.

1/Yeah, there's several coastal areas that are disconnected from the rest of the system, have their own local systems.

2/Like Monterey. Just last week they got the final OK from the State for their PureWater Program.
