There will be a push to the government dropping that mission altogether, so that taxes can be lowered by that agency's entire budget. Federal meddling in education standards? Federal education grants? Covering student loans? Gone, their budget cut to zero and used to justify lowering the tax rate. Trump said outright he wants to completely eliminate the Department of Education. Other agencies it won't be complete, but what isn't mandatory will wither, shrinking the budget and the taxes.

Some combination of privatization, complete elimination, or, at a very minimum, replacement of leadership with Trump loyalists who will comply with unlawful orders and/or will facilitate looting of the agency in question.
