#9 There has got to be a point where any ethical surgeon would say "um, no. If I do that, it'll turn you into something that looks like a cursed marionette from some horror movie. May I refer you to a mental health expert that specializes in body dysmorphia?". I say this as someone with a close friend who is a maxillofacial surgeon specializing in reconstructive work (post massive trauma, cancer, etc...), and who is absolutely horrified by what he sees his colleagues doing.
