#6 not really? I mean, bad writing and bad directing but I feel like a lot of people here, myself included, did not like him.

GTA vice city for me and to a lesser extent San Andreas. Owner of a lonely heart still gives me flashbacks to racing speedboats in the bay

#6 been saying it for years: the fucked up writing/directing was the problem. The actors were fine.

Oh my are you going to be shocked about the allegories writers put behind vampires.

3 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 0

#6 Yeah, he was killing it! The writing was just so bad not even Samuel L. Jackson couldn't motherfucking save it.

3 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

#6 Yeah. That wouldn't have happened without the cartoons.

#19 we had a hand held electronic Yahtzee game in the bathroom for such events. Ahh sweet memories.

#6 the things I really disliked about the prequels are Jar-Jar and the way the love story was dialogued. Neither were Hayden's fault.

3 years ago | Likes 25 Dislikes 0

Or Jake Lloyd's

3 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Any time I hear George Lucas speak, the dialogue in the prequels makes more sense. "Who talks like that? Oh..."

3 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Jar-Jar was added for the kids. I was 12, I remember liking Jar-Jar, he was silly but WEIRDLY capable. The dialogue imitated a grand, (1/2)

heart-throbbing soap opera... which ultimately didn't work because of the WARS part of Star Wars.

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I've never had problems with the actors. The writing and/or directing, however...

#11 I relate a lot of music i like to the movies ive seen them in.

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

#13 At the very least, they're not still castrating boys for their singing voices anymore.

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

#1 right… you’re distorted “repeating” of their argument is sus!

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

#1 my least fav variant of this is the speaker phone users who smush it against their face. Why are you using speaker phone then?

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

So… not the speaker phone itself.. the smushing? That’s odd to care about more

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Pull phone out to answer. Hit speaker button. Push phone into face so hard her fake eye brow is printed on the side. Its a common sight here

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Possibly hard of hearing... Speaker mode amplifies the sound.

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

The dont put the speaker to their ear. They just have the phone by their face, the projection speaker facing away from them. Its very odd.

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Okay that is odd. I have been homeless in the past; and seen people yelling at trauma phantoms as if they were someone on a phone call.

in all fairness. Do you think he wrote those lines? That's like hating leonardo for being a racist in django.

3 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 2

No,it’s like being mad Leo didn’t get an Oscar for Titanic. Wasn’t written for him to get 1. “This is bad.””I’ll just wait here.”Dumb lines.

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 1

2 things. 1. The delivery was just as bad. 2. Actors should have a bit of responsibility for the characters they play.

I felt that Tony Hawks Pro Skater 2 one. That and Dave Mira BMX were musical masterpieces.

Mannequin Skywalker. Don't wish the guy any harm but have you seen his other movies, he's not a good actor.

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

We love Hayden, not necessarily the lines he had to read.

3 years ago | Likes 51 Dislikes 1

I like seeing the actor do well in the same way people like seeing Brendan Frasier do well.

3 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Hayden did a great job as ani. ani as written absolutely sucked, but had he been given something to work with.

3 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 2

There are only 3 Star Wars movies. They came out in 1977, 1980, and 1983.

3 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 6

Uh, holiday special

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You forgot the 1978 classic: Star Wars Holiday Special.

3 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Nah man. Rogue One was epic.

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

See I wondered that too, or if it just stood out next to the movies it was released next too. Im not saying it was bad but was it THAT good?

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

You do realise you just said you DO like him by using a negative on that statement. Welcome to the club of pro hayden :)

3 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 8

Just forgot the question mark: The fuck? We do not.

3 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

If phantom menace had hayden instead of the bowl cut twerp, it would have been a great movie.

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Absolutely not, Lloyd also was hamstrung by the lines, that movie had plenty of non-Anakin problems

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I still found his romance with the queen in part 2 was gross based on her looking precisely the same and him having aged a decade.

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

No argument here. Lucas really wrote himself into a corner with how he planned the prequels.

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I grew up on the original trilogy. I saw Episode 1 in theaters in high school and I have never seen a single further Star Wars film or show.

3 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 5

How did your high school theater department get the rights to put on the play? Was it expensive?

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

We head VHS recordings of Empire and Jedi. I never knew about New Hope growing up until it was rereleased in theaters.

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

That's insane. That's like only watching grease 2

3 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

That movie ruined Star Wars for me, and I hadn't even gotten to Hayden Christiansen yet.

3 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 1

Oh boy howdy, you missed yourself a treat if you think *that's* the bottom of the Star Wars barrel.

3 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

Ok, I lied slightly. I saw Rogue One. It was... pretty good? I don't dare go any deeper than that, though.

3 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Oh no, Rogue One was excellent. It's VIII and IX you want to avoid like the plague.
