If I ever saw those scars, until I knew, I'd just assume you got them in the most kick-ass way possible. Like had an accident while mountain climbing. Doesnt matter what the accident was really, the important part is that you survived it.

With larger reductions it prevents you from having a scar all the way around. Instead you only keep what would have been the upper-boob skin which folds down and ends where the scar sits at the under-boob junction.
