I was not ready for a kid (no shit) at the age of 17. We talked it through, but essentially it was unwanted and we had no means. I’m so happy she did it. I supported her and it was hard as fuck, but I can’t imagine having a kid that young and me being anything more than a high school dropout then AND now. We broke up because we were teenagers and most are not staying together at that age. Can you imagine if we kept it? It’s not a good life for parents or kids. Removing the right to one’s own body is fucked up and I abhor these actions. Viral edit: thank you, I’ve read all the comments and responded to some. Good to know we’re not alone.
