There are 18.5 million registered voters in Texas. About 45% of them consider themselves democrats. I think we should continue to encourage them to vote. The reason Texas is red is due to gerrymandering and poor public education. Texas could be great if it wasn't operating under corrupt GOP for 31 years.

If you look at the current primary turnout it LOOKS like Texas might just flip... Not holding my breath but Dems are turning out in MASSIVE numbers in Texas right now. Gerrymandering might still stymie efforts but we are already talking about more than double the votes of the last 2 elections.
