A friend of mine went crazy the fuck over the top when buying me a thank you gift for editing some papers of his. This little baby cooked a not great cut of meat into one of the most tender steaks I’ve ever had! I’m sure I’ll be using the hell out of it.

Yeah... but not nearly long enough to get a GREAT sear because it was 8:30 at night and my first meal of the day.
