There are soooo many things he doesn't understand it hard to know which connects to what... for all we know the Hannibal Lecter comments might be because he doesn't understand what grocery stores actually sell or that Apple computers aren't made out of apples... it's breathtaking how dumb he is. Back in 2016 he told a press conference that drug cartels were using coyote (canines) to smuggle drugs... nobody corrected him that "coyotes" is a slang term for people smugglers.
