Update 6: she is doing better, I'm not

Due to lack of treatment from pneumonia last year until the end of my sickness my lungs are extremely weak, they were before hand that just made it worse, my sister is doing better and has a normal-ish temp, problem is I'm now sick, I don't want to tell her or soon to be brother in law, I don't want her to feel guilty, I told MIL and asked her not to tell anyone else, I'm on my way home from getting some meds to help em fight it off
