This is ICE Assistant Chief counsel in the Dallas area Joseph "Jim" Rodden.
He also goes by the sobriquet "GlomarResponder" a straight up white supremacist and self-avowed fascist.
Looks EXACTLY like you expect, doesn't he? If I told you to imagine an ICE prosecutor who was an internet nazi in his free time this is exactly what youd imagine isnt it.
Strange how we so often look like what we are, makes the old "judging a book by the cover" thing a lot less unreasonable (and lets be honest, you usually CAN tell a lot about a book by their cover).

So, FR I think it is in part a function of character. Prominent chins are largely but not entirely genetic. How you hold your mouth influences the shape of your jaw and how you hold your mouth is very dependent on who you are.
Prideful folks who are willing to fight over their beliefs tend to hold their mouth so their jaw juts out. Slack jaws are more common in folks who will stab you in the back when youre inconvenient.
