Lazy Persons sausage rolls.

You'll need -
a sheet of defrosted frozen puff pastry.
a tube of suasage meat or a few saussies you're prepared to give up on. Make sure they have some cereal in them.
an onion chopped up nice and fine
1 carrot and 1 stick of celery grated.
seasoning to your choice - I use jalepenos.
Some grated tasty cheese.

Mix everything up.
Cut the pastry sheet into 2.
Spread the mix evenly onto 1 side of each pastry sheet.
Spray the edge with oil. Roll towards the oiled, tucking the leading edge in so it sticks down.
Place on baking paper on a good sized tray. Squirt with oil.
Slice the top of the roll about an inch apart. Spray lightly with oil spray. Season with salt and pepper.
Bake in an oven at 180C for about 40min.
Remove.

Eat hurriedly whilst trying not to burn your mouth.

Best enjoyed with sweet chilli sauce or whole egg mayonnaise.

Sorry for the potato.

Or you could maybe just buy pre-made sausage rolls and stick them in the oven.

Probably cost less, and some Chinese guy made them for you. After fertilising his fields with human excrement. Hope he washed his hands!
