I don't doubt it. I work in the gold industry so I know very little gold weighs a lot, but your math on the value of it is wrong.

Yes I get that, but as a gold analyst, I know for a fact that no time after cameras were invented has 10k worth of gold ever become 500k.

Ie: 1970 gold was 50/oz. It's now 1200. If it was 10k then and worth 500k now, gold would need to be 2,500/oz over twice what it is now.
