It could be the same beach - just in reverse order. Given the "waterfront properties" of aza is potentially up for redevelopment after anne- the property is secured by the state to ensure no more civi- terrorists can threaten the security of the nation anymore. Yes, I'm pessimistic and I'll let people read between the lines.
