I would really appreciate your help!

This might be a really stupid request but here goes.

My small family just lost my Aunty who was very much so like a second mother to us. This is a photo of my brother and her that she asked for when she was dying, but unfortunately my dad's business and apartment burned down a few years ago and we lost hundreds of old photos and so we could not get it. With Christmas coming I wanted to get it printed for my brother so I searched everywhere again and confirmed it must have been burned in the fire. However, I was able to find this photo of the photo that my dad had put online. As someone who knows nothing about this sort of stuff this might be really stupid but is it possible to make photos clearer? And if so is there anybody out there that could help me out?! It would mean the world!

P.S I was going to get it printed tomorrow using this blurry photo because I'll be in town but if it takes longer than that and someone is willing to help me with it I will wait - just let me know and I wont go :)

TL;DR This is a photo taken of a very sentimental photo of my recently deceased loved one and I am asking any photo gurus to make it clearer for me so I can use it for my brother's Christmas present

Take it to a photographer print shop, the one that sells cameras, prints and bits, the old type, not Print your own. They should do it.

there was a photo taken of 3 photographs and I literally just cropped around this one! So I think so yes!

quick and dirty... adjusted exposure, de-noised. Thing is @op, this photo printed at a proper resolution is about wallet size. 1/2

if possible, get the original scanned at 800 dpi or higher and I can get better results. If that happens, DM me and I'll fix 'er up more
