i don't understand this speed walking... can you not just walk faster? how does one walk faster than the other without calling it running

Akshually, if you count the walk-per-walk correctly it is 1.83 walk-per-walk according to the Allen Scale!

Back toe can't leave ground unless front toe is touching, and leading leg has to remain straight until the body passes over it.
