There's this thing where a number of common and innocuous hang gestures are seen as body-shaming men for having small penises. This is not a niche thing where the gesture is made TOWARDS a guy, but tends to come up if a woman makes any of the "offending" gestures on video or in pictures, and has resulted in a lot of drama around games, movies, and ads where those gestures have appeared.
Personally, I'd say the people that most need to get out more are those offended by seeing hands. But yeah, hard as it is to believe, I was not exaggerating.
