Cast iron on the grill, browned sausage first in garlic and oil, moved to warming rack and deglazed with white wine. Added butter garlic, peppers and onions, oregano.

Sauteed 3 min and added back sausage.

Damn, smells good. Neighbor asking what's for dinner.

ARGH! No real bread, ruined. Settled for hot dog rolls, should've went with knife and fork. Added some mozzarella and tomato sauce

Mangia'om nom nom. Still a win with the sad bread!

I love doing peppers & onions in the cast iron on the grill...actually using the cast iron for anything!

Been cooking m bacon on the grill for awhile. I hate grease splatters all over the stove.
