Working on bettering myself through weight loss. I've always been active, playing sports, but the last 10 years have been hard on me.

Finally wearing a size Medium!

Lost 132lbs so far. Was thinking about bulking at 200lb, but will likely continue dropping closer to 190lb.

Heard somewhere "Cut to 10% BF, bulk to 15% BF".

45 calorie tortillas, 35 calorie bread, "zero calorie" noodles and rice. Lots of veggies, chicken, turkey, and pork loin.

Honestly, I still eat salty things. There are zero calorie salt and vinegar seasonings i'll put on baked 45 calorie tortillas. REALLY good.

Is that the best way to do it if you’re overweight? Lean out, then add bulk. I always think I should just use my existing “bulk”.

Intermittent fasting (16:8) has really helped me, I have PCOS too which makes weight loss additionally difficult.

Really, that's MY best way. Cut to 15% and see how you look. Are you happy with your shape? Cut a little more to see more muscle.

you can gain muscle and loose fat simultaneously. it's not easy and not as effective but it'll give you a start on bulking and prob make you

Yup. Went from 6000-8000 calories a day and not exercising to 1,700 calories a day and slightly exercising.
