One imgurian helped me discover Bierocks

I have been baking breads for a hobby for about 3 months now. One imgurian commented on one of my bread posts about Bierocks. After searching internet for several days I decided to give it a try tonight. Above picture shows one Bierock dissected to show the filling inside.

I found the recipe online, simple cabbage, Onion, ground meat, salt, pepper, and yes yes I gave Mediterranean touch to it. Added chopped green onions and spices and voila!!!

Here is one batch that just went in the oven

Here all of them together. I liked them with ketchup and mustard.
