We bought this house!

Changed all the locks

Had to get rid of this brown right away. Had LOTS of help from friends. Everyone was great about hand washing and wearing masks when necessary.

Smelled like smoke. Took care of that!

The fam showed up. They were a huge help.

Couldn’t cover up that stache—we call it the perma-frown

Turned into a late night.

This is just a smoke-killing layer of primer. Huuuuuge difference after it went up.

The next morning, ready to rumble.

Finished the kitchen and the kitten immediately climbed everything.

Finished the bedroom and got the bed set up. Whew!

Started unpacking books. I think we are going to like our home.
