I like your concepts and you have an eye for composition. Now spend more time refining each piece to more than just a "paint sketch."

Also, try to avoid putting your focus in the middle all the time. Look into the golden ratio and some old master work for some inspiration.

There are three of them that could be a bit tighter. I think it has to do with the color focal point being different from the compositional.

So the hand in the first pic is lighter, but rule of thirds brightest is her left boob.

#7 color focal is the eyes. Comp is "strong diagonal", so bring eye color into other figures getting larger as you get closer to focal girl

The purple far shot one has the lights as the focal point. Maybe make them more yellow, then put purple highlights on the guy.
