FP edit: Wow I'm glad to hear so many people are stepping up and defending Net Neutrality!
So I used Fight for the Future to send a letter regarding Net Neutrality to the FCC, but then the website offered to automatically connect me to an official whom I could speak to over the phone and I was then automatically connected to the office of my local state representative (who I now, thanks to the comments, know has no say in the matter) instead of a member of the FCC or the Federal Government. Since then I have had much better luck contacting members of Congress, the FCC and Senators. Thanks to everyone in the comment section who gave me the correct contact info!!!
