Don't put metal bowl on top of anything. Put it on the floor so cat can't knock it down.
then the doggo will eat cat food lol
Then teach cat to defend bowl. Dog will stare at bowl on floor and not go near it. Cat gets fed and dog doesn't eat cat food. Simple.
