I had a fantastic job I had to leave to take care of an ailing family member and I have been trying to find a job desperately for the last six months. I have filled so many online applications it's painful. I primarily shoot products for econmerce but can shoot just about anything. I live in Las Vegas but will go anywhere for a job! If nothing else enjoy the photos! ????

No job, freelance! Best thing in the world for a kid your age. MEAT. I'll send you a nice box of Christmas meat...

Sell your stuff as stock photos yet?

You, uh, really lean on those washed out filters doncha. Need to get over that.

Have you ever considered cranking up the saturation way too high? Give that a try.

I hope you are at least on Shutterstock while you job search.

Can you take a picture of why kids love the taste of Cinnamon Toast Crunch?

I applied for a job that's had 100+ applicants since. It's tough out there but stay positive, you're very good at your work.

I like your pics! I think they could be brighter though, they look a little darker than others I've seen. Best of luck!!

A lot of big companies use in house studios to take Picts of their products. The last company I worked 4 just used stand lights and an iPad

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yup. Places like Amazon now even use these big metal boxes that have 5 cameras that just snap all angles at once. They cost about 15k

You need to get yourself into a local gallery. We have two in ours and it is a way of getting great exposure. On the net you have too 1/2

Thanks so much for the advice, l do need to learn about gallery showing. I may message you some questions. Thanks again!

I am so jealous. I love photography and really want to get into it but can't figure out where to find good subjects and need a good camera

9 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You dont need a good camera, just consistant shooting at first. You could get a decent camera online for cheep to learn on and go from there

Pm me if you wanna talk more?

And thanks for not putting watermarks on these awesome pics. Those dinosaurs are awesome.

9 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 0

I don't believe in watermarks and thank you very much

Dude, check out Fiverr.com and see if you can offer anything on there? It's like amazon for services: design/photography/translation, etc.

I meab, putting your name or something in small, unimposing font doesn't seem like a bad idea. Gets your name out there and discourages (1)

9 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

People from stealing and claiming it as their own. Just my two cents. Great photos, by the way.

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Yes not a bad idea thanks

9 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Just put it in the bottom left or right hand corner. Maybe put your written signature below/near/on top of it. I dunno. I suck at aesthetics
