Also had another complete meltdown yesterday. Ended up also somehow breaking the handle of my seax after stabbing my 3-D model of my brain repeatedly. Then took another sword to it. And then of course did the normal punching in the head self harm until headache.

I dont want to be part of any world anymore. If i could go back in time, I'd probably make sure I strangled myself with my umbilical cord.

Whenever I feel like I can hope, the universe systematically beats it out of me.

And im tired of that. I feel like the answer is avoiding anything that is remotely pleasurable and tacking into the suffering the way Odysseus might tack his Pentekonter into the wind. Just lean into it and take it to the face.

Would gladly become crab if it meant never having to worry about anything again.
