And we have missed you too, Master Yoda. We’ll never tire of those green ears. To say that we are a “little excited” about the upcoming super special edition of Star Wars: The Last Jedi, available now on Digital, Movies Anywhere, Blu-ray & 4K UHD, would be a huge understatement. Any half decent pilot should be able to spot our grins from halfway across the galaxy.

This edition is packed full of special features and BTS content, giving fanboys and fangirls (let’s face it, that’s all of us) unprecedented access into the filmmaking process. We’re lifting the lid to reveal all the incredible work that goes into making cinema’s most iconic scenes, like the one above between Rey and Supreme Leader Snoke.

There are 14 deleted scenes that didn’t make the final cut. Not Obi-One, not Ta-Two-Ine, not C-Three-PO, but 14 extra scenes for us all to enjoy. Will they provide answers or just leave us with more questions? Guess you’ll just have to watch ‘em to find out...

Wookie/Porg Tax! Star Wars: The Last Jedi is now on Digital, Movies Anywhere, Blu-ray & 4K UHD.

May the Force be with you, Imgur. Always.

Worst Star Wars.

I like how they got rid of the last ad they put up because most of the comments were about how bad the film was.

One long chase scene and a grumpy old man and his milk fetish with a sub plot with no real pay off.

Sans the "I want to rebel!" Line, they can leave that out.

Seriously, a good film was left on the cutting room floor. Or... the Trash icon on the desktop I guess.

my theory is that kylo used the force to save her.

I really didn't like the curving lasers, but overall it was a great looking movie

I think everyone can stand behind that statement

Am I the only one who gets this scene? Force pulling is the first thing force users learn mother fuckers!!isn't even a high level ability 1/

8 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 1

Yeah, what other guy said. He wants Rae gone so he did weird stuff to see if it would work.

It's just Luke being gross on purpose to drive Rae away. Trivia: An early scene in Episode 4 has 'Blue Milk' on Luke's aunt's dining table.

8 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 1

Good point, thanks for that

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

In a recent interview with Mark Hamill he said his scene of Luke reacting to Hans death was cut for the alien blue milk tit scene

So are they going to explain wtf Snoke was about?

8 years ago | Likes 116 Dislikes 8

I'm sure you can trust the guy behind Lost to adequately explain it later.

8 years ago | Likes 88 Dislikes 1

THIS. So much this.

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Who cares? Snoke was one dimensional and boring. We never learned much about Emperor Palpatine after RotJ and no one cared then. Let it go.

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 5

Star wars theory guy on youtube argues that snoke was the herald of something greater.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

They can't reveal too much about snoke because they have future stories for snoke they can't spoil yet

They apparently added it in to the book version. It's not good, but not as bad as just leaving it out altogether.

8 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 0

I mean they never explained Palpatine in the original trilogy. The movie doesn't need to hand you every piece of information man.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I don't have the book version or the means for it... Could you explain please?

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

8 years ago | Likes 88 Dislikes 25

Rogue One was the best of all new Star Wars movies. We need Gareth Edwards

8 years ago | Likes 122 Dislikes 18

You're right. What's awful about that is that Rogue One had a lot of issues and was not a very good movie.

8 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 35

I won't downvote you but damn i disagree.

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

I'll eat the downvotes all day. I really do not understand the rave reviews. It plodded along.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

I agree. It's not my favorite, but from a film-making perspective, it's the best one.

8 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

I just watched The Last Jedi - I enjoyed it, but I really loved Rogue One.

8 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 6

I feel like ppl are too hard on TLJ

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

I didn't dislike it - I just think it could have been better and I'm not a huge critic. I did enjoy it though!

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Just watch the RedLetterMedia videos on rogue one, couldn't agree with them more

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Thank you! - I loved Rogue One, a great detour from the main trilogy story A lot of people trash it and I never get why. TLJ sucks though.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

My biggest problem is that Luke would never even think about murdering his own nephew, he would’ve offered to help Ben through understanding

8 years ago | Likes 65 Dislikes 15

Dude literally almost killed his dad until he reeled it in. IMO Luke's strength was not that he wasn't tempted but that he could come back.

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 5

Star wars families are always messed up.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

you're projecting...he almost murdered his own father...deal with it.

8 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 6

His father who had his adoptive parents killed, made him a fugitive, captured his best friend and sold his sister into slavery. Not just

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

you guys don't get it..when he attacked out of anger he was falling to the dark side, he's not perfect, no one is, it isn't out of character

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

Confronting a sith overlord who just happened to be his father is a completely different story, and he led that man to redemption no less.

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

2) some sleeping teenage boy who had done nothing at that point.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

No matter how many times you post on imgur, it doesn't make your movie good. You should have listened to Colin Trevorrow when he warned you.

8 years ago | Likes 80 Dislikes 19

What did he say?

8 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 1

I remember reading all that, but what was the warning?

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Well really it was him advocating against changes Rian was doing to the franchise.

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Not to kill Snoke and Skywalker, Leia's force reveal to be less out there

8 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

Is there an explanation for the destruction of Luke's character and the reduction of Chewie to a joke and chauffer?

8 years ago | Likes 53 Dislikes 12

Right because Chewie had such massive character development in the OT. This has literally always been his role.

8 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 4

Except he wasn't just a character in the original trilogy.

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

The only thing he did of note in 3 movies was steal an AT-ST. Other than that he was just a support character.

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

He was also in at least one of the prequels and so far all of the sequels. Then there are the still canon books, official comics, games, etc

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

He did nothing in Episode 3 but walk next to Yoda. You could even say he was escorting him.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Is one of the special features revealing that the shit in theatres was a joke and the real movie is in there?

8 years ago | Likes 76 Dislikes 22

I had a blast and really confused as to why so many people hate these new flicks, they’re more Star Wars the the prequels were.

8 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 32

Disagree wholeheartedly. The new movies actually made me appreciate the prequels a lot more.

8 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 1

I agree, I didn't enjoy Rogue One though even though many loved it, it just wasn't good, no conclusion, not very pushed motivated characters

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

Idk thats why I liked it bc at any moment they (rebels) could give up and go home in the face of insane odds and they almost did and 1/?

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

And some of em said fuck it we can't go quietly and got the plans on a wing and a prayer

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Although the prequels are hard to watch, if you go back and watch them they have the true FEEL of a star wars movie

8 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 2

I have, I enjoy them, but I feel like when comparing to the originals, the new trilogy feels more similar than the prequels.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 3

Well the newest one was hard to watch

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

There was no story progression, the characters were shit and lazily written, every good moment was ruined with a joke, the entire plot

8 years ago | Likes 34 Dislikes 5

Could have been avoided if that purple haired bitch just shared the plan, the Leia scene was fucking stupid, and Leia is now weak

8 years ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 2

I’d tell you to watch it again and pay attention, but I doubt you will. Remember that Star Wars has always been made for kids.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 17

Fine tell us what we're missing

I did pay attention. Dont act like that shitshow had anything deeper than it did.

8 years ago | Likes 65 Dislikes 26

Is that the original Yoda puppet from Empire Strikes Back and Return of the Jedi?

8 years ago | Likes 85 Dislikes 6

The original has decayed and fallen apart, but they used the original molds to make a new one.

8 years ago | Likes 42 Dislikes 0

They had a copy of it at The Studios at Las Colinas which seemed functional

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Had copies of that but not of the original movies themselves...yeah okay, Lucas

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

yes, THE ONLY THING director Rian did right was bring Frank Oz back with a rebuilt puppet from the original molds

Except bringing back Yoda as a ghost to act silly like that one time when he was trolling Luke was an awful idea.

8 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 36

not sure what you are referring to, Yoda was always a bit silly, 800yrs old, sense of humor have you must

8 years ago | Likes 41 Dislikes 1

Yoda was always serious, the only time he was being silly was when he first met Luke and was testing him.

8 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 20

You must have watched a different Episode V and VI than I did, then.

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

You mean when he couldn't figure out how a flashlight works? Heh.

You do realize his first appearance was him being silly. That's his character.

the documentary has moment when Yoda is practicing lines and Mark Hamill comes over, you could see the onions effect on Mark

8 years ago | Likes 40 Dislikes 0

But he messed up by not making his force ghost transparent.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

He was reacting to Frank Oz not Yoda

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 2

Don’t be sorry. It sucked.

8 years ago | Likes 28 Dislikes 4

The fucking slow motion space chase scene when the ships were like 2 miles apart killed me.

8 years ago | Likes 32 Dislikes 6

What? You've never watched a movie and thought "You know this really needs an incredibly long low speed chase"

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

You mean the whole movie?

8 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 0

Yea, that part.

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Watching high speed chases on COPS was more entertaining.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

They're going super slow, and apparently we have absolutely no backup anywhere in the UNIVERSE that can intercept them...continue on.

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Meh I thought it was okay. Bout even with Ep. 3 in my opinion. Nowhere near the travesty of Ep. 2...

8 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 6

Ep II was so bad I was curious if Lucas considered going "Awww... fuck. Nevermind."

8 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 3

For me, Worst starting, 8, 7, 2=1, 3, 6, 4=5. Between the Mary Sues and Gary Stews, I couldn't take either of the newer sequels.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Interesting order. Mine would be 2, 1, 8=3, 7, 6, 4, 3.5, 5. I generally think the new ones are superior to the prequels.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

See, for me the prequels beat the sequels for the sake of the storytelling. The acting was bad in several places, yes, but I loved the story

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That and the battles in 1,2, and 3 were actually pretty fucking sweet. LOVED the opening to 3.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

To bad Rian's motivation was "do anything other than what JJ Abrams would do" to hell with the fans and George Lucas' vision

8 years ago | Likes 139 Dislikes 33

George Lucas, the man who didn’t even know Luke and Leia were siblings until RotJ.

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 10

Thing is, the original Star Wars wasn't even in line with his original story, he made changes to cannon before it was cannon because he 1/2

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Yep, but once Empire came along, the trilogy was a go, and that relationship was still not cemented for him. People put Lucas 1/2

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

on a pedestal even though he was just a guy making movies. He also wrote the prequel trilogy which “true fans” love to hate.

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

never expected to make all of the episodes, he just picked New Hope as having the broadest view of the whole universe/story and made that2/3

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

iGeorge took the part he thought was the best of the whole thing, made it a movie expecting it to fall on its face, but got "Star Wars"

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

1) Do you really think that any director in these days would get carte blanche on a multi-million dollar movie, like it was the 70s again?

8 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 8

2) Everything in that script had to be approved. And JJ produced it. Colin Trevmorrow wouldn't comply, and he got fired. Rian did not.

8 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 6

oddly though, JJ was very hands off, and Kennedy at Disney just looks for the $$$$$$, Rian was given Carte Blanch, he wrote script 1/?

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

did casting for new characters, picked locations, helped design sets, he signed the budget paperwork, it is/was his baby, carte blanche

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Honestly I’m very glad that George didn’t have much to do with this trilogy. He was mainly responsible for the prequels being shit. The ot-

8 years ago | Likes 25 Dislikes 11

lol i can agree with this sentiment, though I think he got over excited by CGI and REALLY over did it

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

George is an idea man. Other people refining those ideas works (see original triligy). Prequels I blame Rick McCallum for being a yes man.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

VII and VIII made me appreciate the prequels more. There are no good antagonists in the new movies. Darth Maul, Dooku, General Grevious 1

8 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 1

Jango Fett are way cooler than Kylo Ren, Hux, Snoke, and Phasma. Kylo Ren was awesome in the opening of VII, but took his mask off and 2

8 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

I'm just not a big fan since he removed it. He seems whiney and immature... same with Hux. Not a fan 3

8 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

Hux is the new Jar Jar according to Rian, Hux seemed more (snakish/evil/serious) in VII, Rian made him into Jar Jar and imature

8 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

The Last Jedi is what turned them all into a joke for me. Snoke was set up really well and got thrown away. Hux was decent but is now (1)

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

nothing without authority. Phasma came back just to die again, and Kylo Ren could've evolved before solidifying himself as a bratty child.

8 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Maybe he’s not as good of a villain, but I think Kylo Ren is a more interesting and engaging character than most sw villains besides anakin.

Dude get your head out of your ass

8 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Please snap out of it, this is not a political debate. People don't like the movie.

8 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Some people don't like the movie. And some of the people who don't like the movie have political reasons for trying to sabotage its success.

8 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 3

Beautiful cinematography, horrible writing. "Fun" to watch, painful upon deeper analysis. The more I think about the movie the worse it gets

8 years ago | Likes 98 Dislikes 9

Fucking threw out all the character progression in the last movie and potential storylines

Like the thing of using hyper drives as weapons. No explanation of why this was never seen before. Kill the death star? Set a ship on auto!

Watched it. Opinions more busted than his iPhone. I laughed when he said “they want plot, story, and payoffs...” negatively and seriously.

After TLJ there would be parties and maybe just maybe I would actually consider watching the new movies since they finally realized that

they needed some quality control.

So, there would be parties by fans, to NOT see a new star wars movie? And go on assumptions? I'm sorry but they're not fans.
