Soft surfaces are the least amount of pain. Going over bone, like elbows and knuckles is the real discomfort. Also, tattoo technology improved so much in the last 30 years, that general pain and discomfort are greatly reduced overall. Thankfully

I hear stomach is sore. I mean generally near or around bones is worst but stomach is supposed to be partially painful. Not sure why.

Pinching is a good gauge of how grinding color feels. Back of the triceps was super special.
