7 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

7 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Is this dangerous now that the pressure has somewhere to go?

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Hey guys! Laminar flow! Imgur taught me this

LAMINAR FLOW!

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

China? China.

7 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 6

Russia. Inside Okeanya Shopping Center.

7 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 0

Well it was either one or the other.

7 years ago | Likes 11 Dislikes 1

I would dive in with something like a mattress. Won't plug the hole but would probably reduce the flow a lot.

7 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 1

Usually takes a crane to get it out

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I have no idea but I'd be scared of the risk of getting stuck in the water near the hole

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That's what they used when the Chicago River sprung a leak. (Didn't work, though.)

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Ooooh that's going to make some insurance company very unhappy :-/

7 years ago | Likes 439 Dislikes 2

Someone must have used their AK

7 years ago | Likes 32 Dislikes 1

I did hear that the Supersonics beat the Lakers.

7 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

Did you cook the bacon with no hog?

7 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

That's a bad week minimum

7 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 1

Fixed in 2 hours, they say

7 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Neat! I would assume the permanent fix would take atleast a week for install and cleanup.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Who says...? I assume they just dropped a diver in to patch from the inside..

7 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Several articles about this I found linked in comments. Presumably. They didn't say how.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Just lucky the break isn't at the bottom

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

That's a lot of damage!

7 years ago | Likes 914 Dislikes 2

This looks like the aquarium used in the Pinguins of Madagascar movie.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 1

I've seen this episode of Cardcaptors.

Damn plastic

I now understand that reference. Thanks!

I gotta ask- has anyone purchased his product- does it work?

7 years ago | Likes 228 Dislikes 4

did the spray stuff on a water feature fountain that was undercover. Lasted for years

7 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

I used the tape on an exhaust attachment on a portable air conditioner. Lasted all summer and was fine withthe heat, where duct tape melted.

7 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 1

https://youtu.be/EjxbIUzC9_w this guy does awesome reviews #freakin_reviews

7 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

I have and it kind of sucks, depending on the application. If you have a nice clean plexiglass tank, sure it works.

7 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 8

Area has to be clean to apply.....im shocked

7 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 0

Look at the possible applications for the product, you are telling me that you would scrub 10 years of crap off of something just to 1/2

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

2/2 put a cheap fix on it. If you are going through that much effort, might as well replace it the object.

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Well...yes. you see adhesives are weird they need things to bond too. Dirts not good for that.....who would have thought?

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

used flex glue for a few projects i was going to use regular caulk, this worked easier and held better

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I use the spray to kill black widows in my garage. 10/10 would recommend.

7 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 0

Holy eff where do you live

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

California lol

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

My screen-door bottom boat is 18ft under water to this day, if you're curious. Good part was the spray bottle floats.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

They did do a mythbusters about i think

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

yes... very sticky stuff, deserves a spot next to the duct tape.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

yes, and no it doesn't. tried it on a rain barrel. Had to throw them both out...

7 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 2

Used it to patch a spot on the gutter a few months ago. Still working so far

6 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It does not, tried to use it on a punctured sprinkler pipe and it didn’t seal

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Sprayed it on the bottom of a pair of slippers so I could wear them outside. It worked great.

7 years ago | Likes 37 Dislikes 0

I am stealing this, thank you!

7 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Flint Lockwood made a pair similar to your slippers in Cloudy With A Chance of Meatballs

7 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 0

I swear I haven't seen Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, but I didn't come up with the idea on my own.

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

In this case it'll be more likely that the place doesn't want to use it for "aesthetic" reasons

7 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 4

But would be useful to quickly stop the leak while they drain it properly for replacing the glass.

7 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Fool, that's why our lord and savior Phil Swift made flex tape clear,

7 years ago | Likes 21 Dislikes 0

Lol, I doubt it would work in this situation.

7 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

The aesthetic of thousands of gallons of water an hour pouring all over the floor is better? ;)

7 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Probably holds fine against low pressure like in #2, but the distance from the hole to the waterline in #1 is way bigger...

7 years ago | Likes 68 Dislikes 4

gonna be like 7 PSI is my guess, doesn't sound like much till you add up all the I

7 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

the large tank is way more than 7 psi

7 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

The difference in height from the water top to the leak looks like about 5 metres to me

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

1 psi for every 2.3 feet of height above the hole. Width and length are meaningless.

7 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 1

Or .433 psi per foot.

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Flex seal does actually work but you have to keep in mind the job your doing

7 years ago | Likes 204 Dislikes 2

What about my doing?

7 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 1

Agree. Flexseal sealed my tub from a pretty large crack years ago.

7 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

did you apply to your crack?

7 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

What do you mean?

7 years ago | Likes 25 Dislikes 0

It, like all products, has its limits, and it is never a permanent solution.

7 years ago | Likes 17 Dislikes 0

Yeah looks good for a small tank but this giant ass tank? imagine the pressure of that water!

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Hole in the bigger tank is also smaller so the pressure is quite weak.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

What about the final solution?

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Also on the side note, anyone willfully leaving a black patch as a permanent solution to their transparent tub deserves it.

7 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Did the spray stuff on my roof. It lasted for about a month, long enough to fix it proper.

7 years ago | Likes 89 Dislikes 0

Thought you meant on the roof of your mouth and I was very confused for a minute

7 years ago | Likes 30 Dislikes 1

Me too! I have no idea why that was my first thought

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

If that's your use, I bet you can get a lifetime guaranty.

7 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Someone’s not using the attic of their mouth.

7 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I use the dip for my RC car stuff. Works great. The tape...not so much unless the surface is perfectly smooth.

7 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

At least it holds when wet, which is nice

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Yes, it sticks when wet. But that doesn't help when you're using it to wrap an elbow in a copper pipe with a crack in it, and all it does1/

7 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

is funnel water from the split. 2/2
