breakfast?

if you don’t like fried food there’s some toast with butter on it.

beef kielbasa, potato, onion, jalapeño, parm, “italian seasoning”, salt and pepper.

there’s an egg and 1/4 cup of flour i forgot to put in the first pic.

the potatoes got shredded into water to prevent them from turning brown. i squeezed the shit out of them til they looked dry.

everyone in but the sausages although you could probably dice them up and toss them in too. or bacon or ham or whatever.
