I work at Taco Bell. We had issues with employees stealing Xbox codes off the boxes

Anytime I got one of these "boxes" they just gave me the food in a bag. Figured they were just leeching the codes.

Nope. Managers are in charge of fixing the situation. They could only get someone in trouble if its on camera. They can get you a new code

you can only use one/day. Besides you can get codes without a purchase, it's illegal otherwise, forgot why though.

I don't understand your point the employees at some places still steal all the codes the one per day rule doesn't stop them from taking them
