It's a big, fat, crazy picture of New York!

A knife and a fork, a bottle and a cork, that's the way to spell New York!

I like New York in June.

4 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

These really are the best angles to see it. And movies

4 years ago | Likes 44 Dislikes 0

That and the rear view mirror.

4 years ago | Likes 16 Dislikes 2

So, fuck Harlem I guess?

4 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

As is tradition.

4 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

It's bigger than old York, I'll give it that.

4 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Helluva town. I enjoyed my trips there.

Concrete jungle wet dream tomato, there's nothing you can't do.

I wanted to live in NYC till I actually visited, lol. Just too closed in for me. However! Still a great place to visit! Been a few times.

These types of photos bother me. There isn't anything wrong with them but whenever I show my GF she starts asking qiestions cause 1/2

4 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

2/2 I lived there most of my life and I'm just like "I don't know babe, I just lived there." And then she gets upset with me. Lol.

I’ve been once, and being downtown literally felt like I was in a cave. Living close to the rockies is a blessing

#1 The lost city of Asus

4 years ago | Likes 430 Dislikes 3

It's not lost, it's right there

4 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I bet that big square area in the middle was used for some interesting rituals.

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Until they forgot the ritualistic cooling salve when replacing the focal object. Burned half of the city I'm told

Central Park: It was designed in 1850 by Joe Pepitone. Built during the civil war so the northern armies could practice fighting on grass.

Man someday i am going to sit down and just travel around new york on Google street view all day long

4 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

this is triggering my OCD

4 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

If my memory of GTA and a bunch of Spider-Man video games is accurate, that’s a museum of some sort.

Growing up on Ling Island and working in the city was something. No place like New York

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Horrible. I cannot understand how people can live in that.

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Born and raised in NY, can't wait til it's swallowed in the water much like Florida will be.

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

I can smell it.

4 years ago | Likes 121 Dislikes 6

Subway urine?

4 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Eee. Nope I rather not.

4 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

4 years ago | Likes 37 Dislikes 0

That smell isn't what you think it is. That's New Jersey wind coming from Bayonne and Kearny. It stinks.

4 years ago | Likes 23 Dislikes 2

Smells like hot garbage and stale urine?

4 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Beat me to it

4 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

Smells like.....

4 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

I just left a public bathroom so I can too.

4 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

I was in Manhatten recently and it smelled like pot wherever I went.

Yeah, yeah we've all played Spiderman

4 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Fun Fact! Central Park was built after destroying the prominent Black-owned land that once occupied that space.

Pace Picante sauce is made in San Antonio, where people know what Picante sauce should taste like.

4 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

There's at least 12 people in those pics

4 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

You’re not wrong.

4 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

Let’s see how much shit we can pile on this tiny piece of land before it sinks into the ocean and we all act surprised.

4 years ago | Likes 20 Dislikes 6

It's pretty firmly on some dense bedrock... Manhattan isn't sinking anytime soon

4 years ago | Likes 8 Dislikes 0

Imagine how much poo is generated there

4 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

Well, at ~130g per capita per day, roughly half a million pounds per day

4 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

That's for Manhattan... For the whole city, roughly 2.6 million pounds

4 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 0

That's about as close as I need to get. No hate, it's just not for me. I hope people find happiness there.

4 years ago | Likes 27 Dislikes 1

Thanks! I moved here as an adult & don't miss having to have a car & buy gas. Most of the city isn't as dirty and crowded as it looks on tv,

4 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I've lived here all my life and love it. What about it wasn't your jam?

4 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

I always had an amazing time there.

4 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

It's opposite to how i want to live in nearly every way. I like to live in quiet area, within own houe that has it's own land with silence.

4 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 0

One day we’ll be neighbors. I adore NYC.

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It's too expensive to have land with room for chickens and outdoor cats.

4 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Jesus. As a country-dweller, that just looks awful and sad. All those buildings with one little green oasis in the middle.

4 years ago | Likes 13 Dislikes 1

People tend to live in buildings, yes.

4 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 2

Also, sooo much wasted electricity.

4 years ago | Likes 4 Dislikes 1

Also the only the reason country people have any sense of modernity lmao

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 2

I think I can see a little of jersey city in #2

4 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

…Or whichever part of jersey is on the other side of the George Washington bridge.

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

ironically, it's called West New York

4 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Fort Lee.

4 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Been there. Lived that. No thanks.

4 years ago | Likes 85 Dislikes 9

I miss the pizza.

4 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Born here, live here. Love it. What didn't you appreciate about The City?

4 years ago | Likes 18 Dislikes 1

The cross island express

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

spent a month there a few years back for some training. loved it. shame I'll never be able to afford actually living there :(

4 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

Brooklyn born/raised, lived in NYC for 2 years. I preferred Brooklyn, it gave me less anxiety. NYC was too much.

4 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

For living 24/7 anyway. Chicago was a bit easier still but too cold. In LA now, NYC ppl are better but you get a LOT more for your $ in LA

4 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Nice place to visit but…

4 years ago | Likes 14 Dislikes 3

What didn't you like so much about NYC?

4 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 1

I'm not that person, but it's too many people, too close together. I always felt cramped, and never alone

4 years ago | Likes 12 Dislikes 0

I feel the same way about Vancouver, Canada. Millions of people trapped between the ocean and mountains. Claustrophobic. I need open spaces.

4 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

I had someone call me an egotistical American on here recently for having a similar opinion. I can't live in cities. I need room to roam.

4 years ago | Likes 3 Dislikes 0

I live here. Grew up in a small farm community. Def prefer the city. To each their own I guess.

4 years ago | Likes 44 Dislikes 3

I also grew up rural; if an IT guy salary could float a family of 3 there I'd move in a heartbeat...
