I’d say it depicts the ethereal reality of Arthurian legend very well

Fantastic piece. But the crown over the hood bothers me.

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Neat! I’ve been there and hadn’t seen it. Is it new?

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Been there too and agree its amazing unless you dont like stairs

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

If you pull his sword from him do you get to be the next king?

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

You get to challenge the Queen. Good luck.

looks so cool

It's here, if you were wondering, I found it on a map! https://goo.gl/maps/hWX7TwejTPdPKcga8 On the west coast of England :)

Careful now, the people's republic of Kernow will get upset being called England ;)

You can't expect to wield supreme executive power because some watery tart threw a sword at you.

I mean, if I went 'round saying I was an emperor just because some moistened bint had lobbed a scimitar at me, they'd put me away!

It's getting annoying really...

It's a reposting account, maybe a bot. Meanwhile original content like mine just get downvoted to hell.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I checked your posts, a few reposts in there and yet another Trump post. I don't know why you are surprised.

Stoic on the outside, hollow on the inside, standing in a puddle that would be unsafe to drink.

Bronze statue, or copper? Because that looks like copper

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Bronze statues have a copper like patina, remember it's by the sea and might have been enhanced artistically.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I didn't know what a patina was, thank you. Bronze typically doesn't oxidize as readily as pure copper so I was surprised at the oxidation

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Bronze is 2/3rds copper and up to 1/3rd tin. The patina is still oxidised copper, either naturally occurring or by applied chemical process.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

I didn't know about the patina, thanks. But alloys exhibit different properties than their pure counterparts. For example stainless steel 1

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

Which is at least 85%+ iron, resists oxidation much more readily than pure iron. 2

Been there and it is magical. Amazing place to visit. Fun fact, there is a hotel called Camelot Castle near it owned by a Scientologist.

5 years ago | Likes 167 Dislikes 2

Why is that fun...

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

My god. My fiance and I stayed at the Castle. We had no idea, but as soon as I saw the pictures of Tom Cruise the penny dropped.

5 years ago | Likes 19 Dislikes 0

Also the "Resident Artist"s work was awful, we were constantly asked by staff if we wanted to meet him. Definite hard pass.

I love just down the coast. Looks like I have a user for this old box of eggs in my fridge.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Is it allowed bring rotten eggs & an egg chucking device (to be determined by distance) so I can shoot the scientologist hotel?

5 years ago | Likes 10 Dislikes 1

If they didnt want it to be attacked by siege equipment they shouldnt have called it a caslte

5 years ago | Likes 6 Dislikes 0

It is actually highly encouraged. In scientology rotten eggs represent Xenu.

5 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 0

Well, I guess it'd have to be buckets of crap than & an airsoft rifle with some rounds filled with Tar & others with paint if you're correct

5 years ago | Likes 2 Dislikes 0

It may be a fact but it's definitely not fun.

5 years ago | Likes 96 Dislikes 2

Fact. Bears eat beets

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Im sure there's people that would find it fun. Thats just like your opinion

5 years ago | Likes 9 Dislikes 5

?w=1400

5 years ago | Likes 7 Dislikes 0

Yep, those people would be scientologists.

5 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 1

What about the fact there is a good brewery 3-4miles down the road from this. Is that a fun fact?

5 years ago | Likes 15 Dislikes 0

Not really, more like required knowledge.

5 years ago | Likes 1 Dislikes 0

Now you're talking my language. Is that Skinners?

5 years ago | Likes 5 Dislikes 0

Awesome, thanks buddy.
