Like one and a half decade ago, around the time I had my first smartphone, I was on a field trip and took this image. It's one of my oldest "self made" photographs. It's nothing great but it worked supsringly good as background for messenger apps

Been to Virginia Beach once, and only once. This was a while ago but radar detectors, illegal. We had one but unplugged cause out of state. Ticket just for owning one $100, 20 years ago. 40 in 35, ticket, $150. Left bar at night walked 2 blocks to hotel. Streets were blocked off, no cars, Jaywalking, and Public intox. This is all separate incidence, in one week vacation.

Yeah, I mean. I wasn't permanently on the phone during the trip, at that time we were still in this "have a phone with you, so you can be reached at all time." phase and less "watching the phone 20 hours a day". I used it for not more than whatsapp, some school stuff (we had a self-made app to check our shedule) and taking a photo.
