This is called a BLEVE - Boiling Liquid Expanding Vapor Explosion. Propane keeps the burning tank cool until the steel fails, then it blows.
Thats not at all how a BLEVE works.

It’s close, just missed some stuff. The boiling propane transfers heat out of the metal, while that vent is blowing fire out the top, when
the liquid level goes down the metal now builds up heat from the external fire, until the metal fails and the bleve happens.

The game is far from perfect, but you have to unlock weapons in the store. Never had one go "lost"
Well it's a well documented issue since the last update. Reloading the game resolves it. But I don't want to reload the game every mission.
Ahh haven't really played it in a while. Replay value sucks when enemies don't even respawn on the map :/

The game ends by north korea starting a nuclear war with united states. The state you're in ends up ending in nuclear explosions.

Theres 3 endings. At very start you can choose to walk away, ending the game in like 8 mins. And at end of game you have 2 choices as well.
