I can't sleep properly anymore

Long story made short, She was first women i fell in love with and actually had the nuts to ask out. yet i couldn't shake a deep paranoia she wanted to hurt me(no need to diagnoses me i already have it.) it all came to head pretty late at night when she suggested to do some adult stuff. She yelled and her father ran down and punched me right in the back of the head. i got out of assault charges only because I told them about my problems the first time I met the parents.
