We're all exposed to ultraviolet radiation just in the sun light. But it is only visible between 365nm and 395nm wavelength.

Not sure if you know this, but the sun causes cancer. The make lotion to block UV light from giving you cancer. So you got a tattoo that you have to sit under UV lights to glow. It is not good for your eyes either.
