Lid off, instructions out.
Boards out. That’s 2 separate trays, the top one has tiles that are identical and the bottom tray has tiles that need to be upside down and shuffled. I am ashamed that a brown tile got in with the blacks.
2 top trays out. Yes, all of the removable trays are white. Yes, the permanent insert is black. No, I do not know why I did this. No, I do not really like it. I do think white trays look better when set up with the game, though.
Everything out. The unused goods tiles and stuff on the left stay in the box. I tried to make a lid for the random tiles, failed, and then became bitter.

I've never made anything with foam before but want to start making some organizers. What kind of foam do you use and where do buy it?
