It’s 3 AM, I am drunk and a bit high, so I made tapas

These are the tapas, tortilla espanola (Spanish omelet), gambas al ajillo (garlic prawn) & some albondigas (meatballs)

Seat the shrimp in a pan with oil over high heat, every prawn you add, you need a clove of garlic

Cook each side for like 3 Min, add a knob butter, and then you can flambé, if you want to look cool but also burn down you house!

Serve with some salt, pepper and lemon juicy! Tapas are easy man

Fry thinly sliced potato and onion in olive oil for 20 min over medium heat, add them into 6 cooked eggs, let them sit for 6 min, then cook them in an pan with a lot of oil, without moving it at all, cook over medium heat for 8-10 min

When the top is somewhat set, flip it over and sear for another 3 min, and it’s done!

Beautiful layer and rich eggs!!!

But where are the lightly fried fish filets?

Spanish here. You don't need a lot of oil to cook that omelette. Just use the same same pan you used for the potatoes but quit the excess
