My favorite sci-fi/horror movie. Perfect melding of both genres. Watched it as a young child in the theater with my father and we shared the love for it and the franchise to the day he died.
have you watched Romulus yet? Prometheus and Covenant were enjoyable, if flawed, but Romulus? Holy shit. An excellent followup to both Alien *and* Aliens! My third favorite in the whole franchise!
Yes my daughter and I were there opening night. We both loved it. I think it was a huge step in the right direction for the franchise and I can’t wait to see where it goes from here.
served as a good foil to Ripley as well. Where Ripley was initially distrustful of Synths but comes to befriend one, Rain has one as a brother, but moves the opposite direction.....
I can't wait to see how this grouping handles Queens and the nest behavior :D

Agreed. I loved the nods back to those two as well. She could easily be staged as the next "Ripley", and i think she could do well in that role.
