Yes. I was one of the first players. Have a few planets and stars discovered by myself. Never got Elite rank but it was fun

The game has a pretty steep learning curve, and can get pretty grindy at times though. But it's still one of my favorite games of all time

I wouldn’t suggest exploring in the starter Sidewinder though, Hell even I couldn’t get to Barnards loop with my Viper and a 14 LY jump 1/2
