When the devs for Psychonauts 2 realized they had given a character voiced by Horvitz a little assistant guy who would run around and do menial tasks and drop goofball non-sequiturs, they went and directly asked Rikki Simons to voice him. Simons, of course, does the GIR voice the entire time.
