I barely know the guy, but he lives right next door to me and this has been going on, of the 4 years ive lived here, since February. i've tried coughing to see if he can hear me, or lightly tapping on the wall we share, to see if he gets the hint. He must be hard of hearing because he turns it up pretty loud.
