Made some fried breaded chicken, with a side of potatoes&mushrooms as well some store bought hummus.

Maybe leave the chicken in the frying pan just a little longer? Usually the crust is more brown than this. Is it done all the way through?

yeah it was fully cooked, i used very light bread crumbs and the breast was sliced very thinly, it was better than expected tbh!

Keep up the good work. Try getting ingredients you are not used to as well. That opens up whole other possibilities.

For a new ingredient, try using sesame oil after cooking meaty dishe or fried rice. Use small amounts like a teaspoon on 4 portions of food
