Someone else said it was closer to $20. I crunched some rough numbers and came up with $93.50. Based on $8.50 per bottle good for 100 sq ft.

Depends on the type of glue. I'd use and recommend titebond III which is closer to $15 a bottle. But regardless the labour is the cost

2/2 3 or 4 groups, planed them and then glued those groups together using 2x4 to keep each section from creeping.

It's probably done is smaller strips and planed and through a thickness sander then joined with lamellos or clamped with cauls or both

Pipe clamps. They attach to the ends of any length of iron piping, but at $20 per end and like 50 clamps needed at once... ouch, my wallet.

Just ball parking here but it looks like 60 sections, 1” thick pieces (58 glued sides) 2” tall by about 8’ long is 928sq ft. Each section1/3
