I made (frozen) mango cheesecake with raspberry jelly on top for christmas. Raspberries need waay more gelatin than online recipes ask for.

Ah that sounds cool, I haven't had a frozen cheesecake before. How did it turn out in the end?

Delicious. Froze it because the gelatin didn't set for the top layer. Good thing I had no sugar in cheese part because too much sugar in top
