The judging portion of the culinary competition I work for in Atlanta called "Team building with taste" (insert Shameless plug). Imagine all culinary competitions rolled into one and it's our job to make sure that the judges are wowed by the contestants creations.
I love my job more than you would ever believe..... I'm also a full-time working Chef, Brewer, and fermenter.
